There are various buildings and structures that can be built in your garden or land surrounding your house which doesn’t require planning permission. These can include summerhouses, Gazebos and Outdoor Offices.

At Stan Fairbrother we work on a ‘first come, first served basis’ once we start your design in the workshop, depending upon the size it will usually be with you in two weeks. If you are hoping to entertain in summer it is advised you submit your order at the beginning of the year, or end of the previous year. Again if you have something in mind for the winter months or want a cosy retreat we would suggest placing your order in the spring to ensure you are not disappointed.
